Felicia Szorad earned her BFA from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio and her MFA from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. Felicia currently lives in Lexington, Kentucky, and is Professor of Art and Metals Program Coordinator at Eastern Kentucky University. Felicia exhibits her creative work nationally and additionally teaches metalworking workshops at both universities and craft centers such as Penland School of Craft and Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts, and Touchstone Center for Crafts. Felicia has received grants to support her creative work from The Ruth and Harold Chenven Foundation, The Kentucky Arts Council, and The Kentucky Foundation for Women. Images of her work have been published in Metalsmith magazine, The Art of Enameling, and 500 Enameled Objects.
